Inspired by the natural forms, textures and colours of Brighton while remaining loyal to the essence of the land. The design brings together the broader context and the history of the local area.

Double storey arched forms and bronze steelwork are a nod to the architectural expression of the existing building and to the craftsmanship of its current business.

The project comprises 15 apartments, 4 ground floor retail tenancies and a basement carpark.
