Lowe Living Welcomes Our New Partners

Our New Partners

Lowe Living’s pursuit of excellence in design and meticulous construction of premium developments is realised through our ongoing collaboration with an ever-expanding team of best-in-industry partners. We have worked alongside many inspiring architects and dynamic interior designers across several projects. Our valued and long-standing partner base enhances our vision and expertise enriching the quality and delivery of our projects. Due to the number of projects on the horizon, Lowe Living is constantly growing our range of quality partners to achieve our goal of creating exceptional residences and working spaces, that sit in perfect harmony with their aspirational surrounds. We are thrilled to welcome on board some new partners for our latest and upcoming projects.

An exciting project on the horizon is a boutique collection of three luxury apartments and one townhouse, located on the corner of Black Street and St Andrews Street in Brighton. For this elegant project Lowe Living has a new design partner – the acclaimed Melbourne-based Fiona Lynch Interior Design.

Led by award-winning director, Fiona Lynch, the team excels in creating stunning interiors through the creative and inventive use of space, materiality and custom detailing. A hallmark of their practice is their meticulous approach to the needs of their clients, delivering a tailored suite of interior services for artistic brilliance.

Drawing inspiration from the Brighton landscape, the artful arrangement and layering of luxe materials in muted tones promote a sophisticated backdrop inviting owners to personalise living spaces that imbue a relaxed elegance.

We continue our long-standing relationship with internationally recognised Wolveridge Architects, appointing them as our architectural partner for the Brighton project. Wolveridge Architects share our vision for the complete synergy of architectural projects with their local context.

Melbourne-based Studio Tate were our chosen partners for the design of our new Sandringham office. Studio Tate’s vision for the new Lowe Group office originated from the dual nature of our collaborative office space, designed to promote creative thinking. The team achieved a distinctive style and feel for both the front and back of house by using intelligent design and highly considered methodology to deliver a refined solution.

Coming soon is a suite of exclusive Bayside residences in Aspendale, Chelsea and Parkdale. Lowe Living has forged a partnership with Chamberlain Architects for these boutique developments, featuring a mix of townhouses and apartments that present a distinctive experience of modern coastal living in beachfront locations.

Chamberlain Architects pride themselves on the collaborative relationship and dialogue they establish with their clients, enabling them to create projects with distinct and unique personalities.

Inspired by the evolving character of Port Phillip Bay, Chamberlain Architects’ design intent maximises residents’ experience of this unique location with its spectacular views. Carefully balancing the challenges of the harsh environment with the desire to connect to the outdoors, particular attention has been paid to how best to frame and deliver views to each site.

Lowe Living continues to expand its network of highest quality architectural and design partners, sharing our vision with like-minded industry professionals to deliver the very best quality and experience to our valued clients.
